Getting back to the norm...

Well as I believe I have said before, I just moved. I finally have my kitchen unpacked and my desktop up and running so I should be back to my posting shortly. I don't have a recipe for you today but a tip of sorts. It's my little guys 2nd Birthday today and I made him mini cupcakes. I had never made them before but I just bought a box of cake mix, well.. one box made 62 of the cute little things. So, if you are thinking about making mini cupcakes using a box mix you might want to invite a lot of people to eat them with you or plan on freezing some for another day! I'm freezing half of mine and if there are any left after tonight, they will go with my hubby to his work. :) Back to my posting soon, I promise!
